Shipping within the U.S. **UPDATED AS OF 1/5/2015**
We use USPS + FedEx for all of our shipments and we offer serveral different flat rates to cater to your need.
We're happy to offer free-shipping on all domestic orders via USPS with tracking.
If you prefer FedEx Ground, we offer $8.00 flat shippig rate for domestic orders under $150. For all orders over $150, you have an option of choosing free-shipping via FedEx or USPS.
We offer USPS Express at the flat rate of $25.
We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We do not guarantee same day shipping, however, in stock items will typically ship within 1-2 days after you place your order.
Once an order is scanned and delivered to the destination as indicated on the order, the responsibility of the purchased goods are passed onto the receipient i.e., the customer.
**We do not ship to any PO Box and military addresses.
We're happy to offer free USPS Priority shipping on international orders over $350.
For all international orders under $350, we offer two shipping options:
- Flate Rate First Class Mail (with no tracking) $15.00 - average 1-4weeks delivery time
- Flate Rate USPS Priority (with tracking) $38.00 - average 5~10 days delivery time
**We do not ship ANY international orders without an written order confirmation. once an international order is placed, we will send an email to you to confirm your order & shipping address. The customer must respond within 5days for the order to be proccessed and we reserve the right to cancel the order if do not receive the confirmation.
Please note that “First Class” does not include tracking and may take up to 8 weeks or longer for the shipment to arrive. Once we deliver the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise and minikin* cannot provide refunds if your items are lost.
You are responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package. Please note shipments can be held in customs for a long period of time and it is beyond our control. in this case, we would advise you to contact your local customs office directly. If you decide to refuse any shipments, minikin* will not process refunds of any kind.
Every country has its own shipping rules and regulations that restrict certain items from passing through customs. We are not responsible if your items are held at customs, and we are also unable to provide refunds under such circumstances. Due to the high demand, we may occasionally run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you via email immediately.
If an item is out of stock and it's not expected to come back in stock, we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, you will receive a full refund and we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.
If your selected merchandise is out of stock but we expect it at a later date, we will contact you right away to let you know when we expect to have the item back in stock.
minikin* accepts all of the following credit cards and form of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal.
U.S. customers outside of state of California pay no sales tax. 9% sales tax will aply to California residents. Customers are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states.
Returns **UPDATED AS OF 1/5/2016**
We are glad to accept returns for exchange or store credit. Return requests must be made within 7days of package arrival. If any of our merchandise is defective, claims must be made within 5 business days of package arrival.
**Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue.
**All exchanges/store credit must be pre-authorized by email prior to sending the merchandise back, no exceptions. Please write us at email@example.com and we will guide you through the return process. All return shipments must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving return authorization.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with the price tags intact. Please note customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. You will receive a confirmation by email once your return is processed.
PLEASE NOTE: Items under Playsuit, Swim, Accessories, Decor+Objects, and Sale are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Due to the costly nature of shipping, International orders are not eligible for return. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us prior to placing your order. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages. Terms for Rewards Program
- To earn points, you must create an account and be logged in before making a purchase. You will not accumulate points if you're not logged into your account and we are unable to assign points after the order has been placed.
- The code is for one-time use only and only one coupon code can be applied per order.
- points are issued 24hours after the time of purchase
- points must be redeemed within a year from the time they are issued, otherwise, they will expire.
- points earned from an order may later be subtracted from a member's account under the following conditions:
- If an order status is marked as "canceled" or "declined", all points originally earned for the order will be subtracted;
- If an order contains a refunded amount, then points will be subtracted based on the refunded amount. If an order status is marked as refunded, but there is no refunded amount value, then all points originally earned for the order will be subtracted.
Minikin* will not disclose your information to other organizations or third parties. Any personal information that you provide is confidential and used to process your order. We may use your information to contact you about new products and special promotions. If you would like to have your name removed from our mailing list, please email email@example.com
We would like you to have a enjoyable and secure shopping experience at our shop, therefore, protecting your credit card information is important to us. SSL technology encrypts your information to protect it from being deciphered by anyone other than Minikin*
We reserve the right to request further identification for credit card processing on any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse any order placed with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same user account, credit card, and/or orders that use the same address information. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via email/address/phone number provided when the order was placed.
